I hope you enjoy this journey as much as I do. ❣️ I’m dedicated to promoting healthy hair growth and maintaining the integrity of your beautiful tresses. 🫶🏽 💢 Please note: No appointment can be made without a deposit, which is non-refundable (unless there’s an error on my part). Make sure to fill out your information accurately during checkout. This includes your name, email, and phone number. 💢 If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failing to do this will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be necessary to rebook. Your deposit can be transferred once, but your new appointment must be within 30 days of the original. 💢 A cancellation fee of 30% will apply. If you're unable to make your appointment, please contact me at 3187348746. Otherwise, your card will be charged for a no-show. 💢 There is a 10-minute grace period. After that, a $15 late fee will apply. If you're more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you'll need to reschedule with a new deposit. I appreciate communication, so please book accordingly! 💢 Important: Any client seeking loc extensions must schedule a consultation, either virtual or in-person. 💢 If you're booking services for your child, please stay nearby or wait. Most appointments last between an hour and a half to two hours, value my time just as I value yours . More than 20 mins late with no communication, there is $30 late fee ! Cancellation Policy
